We place high importance in the financial returns and capital growth of our investments. This is evident in our financial performance of portfolio’s segment profit in 3Q 2017, which grew from S$1.27 million in 3Q 2016 to $1.8 million, a 42% increment.
For the key markets that we are in, the rental growth ranges from 2.4% to 16%, and this translates to higher return on yield when compared to other property investment strategies.
