• Early Bird pricing is available for a limited number of rooms, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once these rooms are sold out, Early Bird pricing will no longer be available, and room prices may increase during the promotional period without prior notice.
• To secure a booking under the Early Bird promotion, a non-refundable deposit equal to one week’s rent must be paid, and the booking must be submitted online.
• Cancellations or changes to bookings made under the Early Bird promotion will be subject to Dwell East End Adelaide’s standard cancellation policy.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly stated by Dwell East End Adelaide.
