1. Leadership Team

  • CEO / Managing Director - Leading with a vision for growth and a passion for student well-being, our CEO drives Dwell Student Living forward, ensuring that each of our properties is a place students are proud to call home.
  • Head of Operations - Overseeing the daily operations across our properties, the Head of Operations focuses on maintaining high standards, from facilities management to ensuring the smooth delivery of essential services.
  • Regional Managers - Our regional managers are the bridge between corporate strategy and on-the-ground action, ensuring that each region offers a consistent, high-quality experience while adapting to the unique needs of each location.

2. Community Management

  • Resident Life Coordinators - At the heart of our community, our Resident Life Coordinators plan and host events, manage resources, and offer support to help students adjust and thrive. From organizing social gatherings to providing a listening ear, they're here for you every step of the way.
  • Property Managers - Property managers take care of the day-to-day operations at each location, ensuring students’ homes are comfortable, secure, and well-maintained. They’re always available to handle maintenance requests and any other concerns that arise.

3. Support Services Team

  • Maintenance Staff - Our maintenance staff works behind the scenes to ensure that each property is well-kept and safe. From handling repairs to upgrading facilities, they’re dedicated to providing students with a seamless living experience.
  • Customer Service Representatives - Our customer service team is always on hand to assist with inquiries, provide guidance on bookings, and ensure a smooth process from the first point of contact until students move in.

4. Resident Ambassadors

Our Resident Ambassadors (RAs) are current residents who help create a welcoming environment, providing support and sharing their experiences to help new students settle in. They bring valuable perspectives, making the transition easier for incoming students.
