Our Team
At Dwell Student Living, our team is dedicated to making student life easier, comfortable, and fulfilling. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and a shared commitment to fostering a safe, vibrant, and supportive environment for students across all our locations. Here’s a look at the people who make it all possible:
1. Leadership Team
- CEO / Managing Director - Leading with a vision for growth and a passion for student well-being, our CEO drives Dwell Student Living forward, ensuring that each of our properties is a place students are proud to call home.
- Head of Operations - Overseeing the daily operations across our properties, the Head of Operations focuses on maintaining high standards, from facilities management to ensuring the smooth delivery of essential services.
- Regional Managers - Our regional managers are the bridge between corporate strategy and on-the-ground action, ensuring that each region offers a consistent, high-quality experience while adapting to the unique needs of each location.
2. Community Management
- Resident Life Coordinators - At the heart of our community, our Resident Life Coordinators plan and host events, manage resources, and offer support to help students adjust and thrive. From organising social gatherings to providing a listening ear, they're here for you every step of the way.
- Accommodation Manager - Our Accommodation Manager oversees the daily operations of PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation), ensuring a safe, comfortable, and engaging living environment where students can thrive. They act as the key liaison between students, staff, and external stakeholders while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
3. Support Services Team
- Maintenance Staff - Our maintenance staff works behind the scenes to ensure that each property is well-kept and safe. From handling repairs to upgrading facilities, they’re dedicated to providing students with a seamless living experience.
- Customer Service Officers - Our customer service team is always on hand to assist with enquiries, provide guidance on bookings, and ensure a smooth process from the first point of contact until students move in.
4. Resident Assistants
Our Resident Assistants (RAs) are current residents who help create a welcoming environment, providing support and sharing their experiences to help new students settle in. They bring valuable perspectives, making the transition easier for incoming students.
