Eligibility
- This promotion is open to all existing or returning residents booking their stay at Dwell Village Melbourne City (DVMC) for the 2025 term.
- To qualify, residents must secure a 52-week booking with a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one week’s rent between 2 and 31 January 2025, by 11:59 PM AEDT.
Room Makeover Prize
- The winner will receive a room makeover worth AUD $888, including decor and furnishing upgrades approved by Dwell Student Living management.
- For shared apartments, the winner may use the prize to decorate their individual bedroom or enhance the shared space with their roommates.
- The makeover process will be documented, and the winner must agree to:
- Participate in the documentation of the makeover journey.
- Be featured in promotional materials, including photos, videos, and testimonials.
How to Enter
- All eligible residents who complete their booking during the campaign period will automatically be entered into the draw.
- The lucky draw will be conducted live on Instagram (@dwellstudentau) on 5 February 2025 at 2 PM AEDT .
